Our Department of Pediatrics is comprised of seven general pediatricians and a team of pediatric sub-specialists, all of whom have received excellent training at top institutions. Whether offering general well child care, developmental surveillance, vaccinations, or focusing on specific diseases and conditions of childhood, we are dedicated to providing high-quality medical care to your children in a warm and friendly setting.

In addition, we take pride in being active members of the American Academy of Pediatrics and training future doctors as we teach both medical students and residents from SUNY Downstate. We believe in evidence based practice of medicine and stay abreast of the latest trends and research. At the same time, we have great respect for your feelings and opinions as parents, and will follow your lead in creating an individualized health plan for your child. Our comprehensive approach focuses on the entire family.

If our patients are sick or have an urgent medical issue, the Outpatient Clinic or Private Practice can be reached at any time as we have a 24/7/365 on-call service staffed fully by our own doctors. In case of an emergency, 911 should be called and/ or the child should be brought to emergency room. Same day visits for newborns and sick children are offered Monday through Saturday. Appointments for well check-ups, vaccinations, and form completion are easily available. We welcome expectant parents for free prenatal consultations, also by appointment.
